A hand-painted Indian miniature depicting a Mughal-style palace interior.  Set in a gold (tests 14kt) .  The detailed miniature show rich architectural detail and warm tones reflecting the tradition of the Indian court painting.  This was probably produced circa 1950s as a souvenir or luxury curio market.
