This is a vintage cameo ring.  It is an oval two-layer carved in relief.  The cameo is a classical female figure - Greco-Roman in style.  It is set in a claw/prong setting very clean and minimal.  The ring is 9ct gold ring mounted on a green agate base, size is M UK and 6.5 USA.
