Vintage 18ct cluster ring cabochon topaz ring. The shape is sometimes called bombe.  The dome is set with a gold mesh with a cabochon topaz. The topaz catch the light and change tone and sometimes look opaque.  Very cool.  The ring is N UK 7 USA. It weighs 10.28 grams.  Very 1970's vibe.
